Join us for our Fun Fair 2008! Date: 02 Aug 2008, Saturday Time: 9am - 2pm Venue: The Premier Pitch @ Turf City
Each year we will include a community awareness project as part of our school curriculum. This year we have chosen to share with our children the joy of sharing, giving and helping the less fortunate. Children will learn about respecting, caring and extending their hands to their friends at The Kais Orphanage in Cambodia.The older children are aware that we will be raising funds to help provide essential items such as rice and milk etc.
The school will be hosting our Family Day cum Fun Fair for this cause on 2 August, Saturday at Turf City. Together with their teachers, the children will put together games, craft and other fun & wacky stalls at this fair. Coupons bundled in $20 booklet will be on sale from Wednesday (24 June) onwards and all proceeds will go to the Kais Orphanage.
On top of game stalls, we will also have licensed food vendors coming in to sell treats like popcorn, candy floss, hotdogs, burgers and BBQ wings! We have also put together a cookbook consisting of recipes contributed by our parents and teachers and children themselves. It is an international cookbook for all! All profits from the cookbook will go to the orphanage.
We look forward to another fun and eventful Family Day together!
